North West View showing arched Entry Porch at centre front. Arches also feature in many windows and in the openings of the Loggia deck opening from the Family/Dining room. Pergolas are used rather than roofs here, for versatile outdoor living. By contrast, wrought iron balustrades are a feature of the eastern or Brunch deck at left.
South West View showing Garage door and 2 stories up a second Loggia deck, this time servicing the formal Lounge and Master Bedroom. Note the use of extensive retaining walls on this very steep site and inspite of it being such a tall building, height restrictions imposed by developer and council have been complied with.
